The 66th IAA Commercial Vehicle Exhibit in Hanover (2016)
26. July 2016The IAA has more and more become a professional exhibition. In 2014, 84 % of the visitors were trade visitors.
In 2014, the People’s Republic of China was the country with the highest participation at the event. The Chinese are also expected to have an equal or larger presence this year. This also reflects a study by Deloitte, where a constant growth for the Chinese commercial vehicle market is expected. The growth will be noted especially by renowned OEMs, such as Daimler Trucks who are very dominant in the Chinese market.
In 2014 over 2,000 exhibitors shared the latest developments and products in an area of 265,000 square meters, which was a 9% increase in size from the previous show in 2012. This year the show expected to be even larger with more exhibitors and attendees.
Many of the exhibitors at the show are our clients. We assisted and supported them in obtaining CCC certification so that they can sell their products in China.
