CCC: Automechanika fair 2016 in Frankfurt
27. September 2016The Automechanika fair took place from September 13-17, 2016 in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. During the 5 days, over 136,000 visitors from 170 countries attended. There was a slight decline of almost 2,000 visitors in comparison to attendance at the 2014 show. The visitor satisfaction rating was recorded at 95%. A big reason for such a high rating was in part due to the large number of lectures and events presented.
Even with the decline in attendees, there was a record of 4,820 exhibitors representing numerous areas of the automotive industry. The large number of exhibitors offered a good opportunity for networking.
Automechanika offered many events and lectures, most of which were free of charge. One of the events offered was the Automechanika Academy. This was a series of lectures covering topics such as mobility of the future, caravan outer skin repair, alternative engines, connected mobility, virtual worlds in the automotive industry and other automotive relevant topics. More than 50 international speakers presented their presentations during the five days of the trade fair. Another event was the “damage talk” on September 15th, 2016. This event attracted more than 1,000 visitors. The “damage talk” confronted leading decision-makers from the collision damage market with the challenges of workshops.
Automechanika is also a trade fair which has a wide range of national and international visitors. The resulting discussions and professional exchange can be used by visitors to check their market strategies and objectives.
The next Automechanika Frankfurt will take place from September 11-15, 2018. This will be the 25th anniversary of the event. Many of the 4,820 exhibitors have already mastered the challenge of CCC China Certification successful as the MPR China Certification GmbH was able to determine in intensive discussions at the fair.
