New GB Standard for energy efficient Electric Motors – Application Guidelines
30. May 2024In Announcement No. 20 of 2023, the Chinese State Administration for Market Regulation (National Standardization Administration Committee) has endorsed 423 fresh recommended GB standards. One of these standards covers Application guidelines for the selection of energy efficient electric motors including variable speed applications. The Standard is GB/T 29326-2023, an update of its previous version GB/T 29326-2012. Depending on the technical specifications, many electrical motors require CCC certification for import and circulation in China.
