The New Year holidays will be from December 29, 2018 to January 1, 2019. On January 2, 2019 the authorities will resume their work. In China, New Year’s Eve is celebrated more quietly in comparison to the Chinese New Year celebrations. The Chinese New Year is also known as Spring Festival and is considered as the most important celebration in China.
The Chinese New Year’s Day which is calculated according to the Chinese lunar calendar will be in February 2019. We will inform you about the exact days when the authorities will close for the Spring Festival when we get the official notice.
