CES 2017: Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas
6. January 2017The CES (Consumer Electronics Show) will once again take place in Las Vegas in 2017. The fair officially starts on January 5, 2017 and will lasts for three days until January 8, 2017. However, the previews and reveals of new products starting January 3, 2017.
Although the trade fair‘s name may suggest everyday electronics, CES has been a platform for automobile manufacturers to reveal their latest electronic advances and products for many years now. This year’s major trends are “Autonomous driving and alternative driving“. Faraday Future has been seen as one of the highlight of the fair since they chose the show to reveal their highly anticipated electric automobile. The luxury SUV FF91 from the young start-up could be a serious competition to the current dominant player Tesla. The FF91 is not available yet, but is expected to be introduced in 2018.
