Einführung 8 neuer Pflicht-Standards für Automotive CCC Zertifizierungen

August 2022Die chinesische National Certification and Accreditation Administration kündigte die Veröffentlichung von 8 bestehenden, verpflichtenden GB Standards an, die für die CCC-Zertifizierung von Automotive-Produkten neu hinzugefügt gelten werden. Dies wurde im Rahmen der Bekanntmachung Nr. 9, 2022 am 8. Juli 2022 veröffentlicht.
Folgende Informationen wurden bekanntgegeben:
- 8 bestehende GB Standards werden der Implementierungsregularie China Compulsory Certification Implementation Rules – Automobile (CNCA-C11-01 : 2020) hinzugefügt, die die für diesen Bereich bereits geltenden Standards ergänzen.
- Zertifizierungsstellen können ab dem Datum der Veröffentlichung dieser Bekanntmachung bis zum 30. Juni 2023 für neu angenommene Zertifizierungsanträge und auf freiwilliger Basis der Unternehmensseite diese 8 Standards zu den bestehenden Standards als Grundlage für Zertifizierungen hinzufügen. Ab dem 1. Juli 2023 müssen Zertifizierungsstellen bei neu beantragten Zertifizierungen alle Standards anwenden, inklusive der 8 neuen.
- Verpflichtende Produktzertifizierungen müssen bei betroffenen Produkten nicht erneuert werden, wenn diese vor dem 1. Juli 2023 geliefert, verkauft und/ oder importiert wurden. Sie müssen aber weiterhin konform mit den bestehenden Gesetzen und Regularien sein.
- Ausgestellte, gültige Zertifikate können weiterhin verwendet werden. Zertifizierungsstellen sollten natürliche Übergangsmethoden als Gelegenheit zur Aktualisierung der gelisteten GB Standards nutzen, wie z.B. Erneuerung von Zertifikaten aufgrund des Ablaufs der Gültigkeit, jährlicher Überwachung oder Produktänderungen.

EDR which is corresponding to GB 39732-2020 „Automotive Event Data Recording System“ and DVR which is corresponding to GB/T 38892-2020 „Vehicle Video Driving Recording System“, are independent inspection items, companies can choose one of the standards for inspection, and provide the corresponding inspection and testing report. |
